I feel that since Dr Millward became my consultant my care has greatly improved. Appts are always booked for time-scale discussed, and are always run to time on the day. I feel that Dr Millard listens to me and takes full account of my opinion. Discussions are always to point - my care and health. I cannot think of anything that needs improving.

I felt listened to and acknowledged. I did not feel judged! I felt respected as an individual and that my views mattered.
